Rooster Asset Tracking based out of Topeka Kansas is hiring for a fulltime Product Development Manager. You will support customers through the management of high reliability, quality products and product development activities.  Position provides technical support to internal and external customers, including but not limited to; Engineering, Documentation, Connectivity, Systems, Certifications, and Warranty Management.  Contact and communications will include phone, e-mail, zoom and on-site support.  This position reports to the Director of Hardware.

Rooster is a Kansas-Based Construction Technology company that has developed and produced this new state of the art Asset Tracking System (hardware and software). Designed for small tools, heavy equipment, vehicles, and other construction related items.  The system launched January 2023!   

Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Overview:

• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data for 10+ business units
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Understand expense accounts and cost types.
• Pay Hold Management
• Accurate review and entry of sales & use taxes.
• Process payment to ensure timely payment.
• Will cross train to assist where needed in the accounting department.
• Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with vendors and business Units to resolve issues.
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
